I think you learn almost everything you need to know in life when you are young. After that it’s too late.

Here are seven things I learned before I was ten:

1. Never take on the bully. At least not alone.
2. Befriend a blind boy.
3. Respect your teacher.
4. Be independent in thought and deed.
5. If you want a bike, save up for it.
6. Be sure your sins will find you out.
7. Always kiss the prettiest girl.
